You are responsible for all activity under your account.

B. Account Suspension or Termination
Jobarman reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

5. Job Listings and Applications
A. Third-Party Job Listings

Some job listings are provided by third parties or publicly available sources. Jobarman:

Does not own these listings
Does not verify their accuracy
Is not responsible for their content or availability

B. Applications
When you apply for a job:

Your information may be shared with employers or recruiters
Jobarman is not involved in hiring decisions

6. Employer and Recruiter Responsibilities
Employers and recruiters agree to:

Post lawful, accurate, and non-discriminatory job listings
Comply with all applicable employment and labor laws
Use candidate data solely for recruitment purposes

Jobarman may remove any job listing at its discretion.

7. Subscriptions and Payments
A. Fees

All fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

Jobarman disclaims all warranties, including:

Accuracy of job listings
Availability or uninterrupted service
Employment outcomes

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Jobarman shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Jobarman’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the past 12 months

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jobarman LLC from any claims arising out of:

Your use of the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your job postings or recruitment activities

13. Termination
You may stop using Jobarman at any time.

Jobarman may terminate or restrict access at its sole discretion without prior notice.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

15. Changes to These Terms
Jobarman may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
